At Wyld Jace Co, we carefully curate and inspect every piece before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. We want you to love every order you receive, and our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our customers and our small business.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Items must include original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
We encourage customers to review sizing details, product descriptions, and photos carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@wyldjaceco.com with:• Your order number
• The item you want to return or exchange
• The reason for the return
• The size or item you'd like instead (if exchanging)
We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
If your return is approved, you will receive:
- Return instructions
- A return shipping label (when applicable)
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 business days of delivery at:

If approved, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue store credit at our discretion
Store Credit (No Refunds)
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit is delivered via virtual gift card
- Gift cards are sent by email
- Store credit allows you the flexibility to choose another style you love when it’s right for you
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Discount codes used on the original order are not reapplied
Store credit is issued weekly after returned items are received and inspected.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:
- Sale or discounted items
- Pre-orders (once placed)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Seasonal & holiday items
- All accessories
- Any order placed using store credit (full or partial)
No exceptions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, we recommend reviewing fit and styling at home before initiating a return.
To receive another item:
- Submit a return request (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
This ensures the fastest processing and fulfillment.
Return Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable
- Original shipping fees are not included in store credit
- Returns due to damaged or incorrect items will receive a prepaid label
