Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours.
  • During peak periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Time

  • Standard U.S. Ground Shipping:

Orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using:

  • USPS
  • UPS

All shipments are insured against loss or damage while in transit up to $100.

Standard Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $75+
  • Standard shipping speeds up handling, not carrier delays.

Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather delays
  • Carrier backlogs
  • USPS / UPS  service disruptions

Wyld Jace Co is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.

Incorrect Addresses & Reshipments

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a $9.95 reshipment fee.
  • Reshipment fees will be invoiced via email before the order is resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Wyld Jace Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing:

  • Contact your local post office or carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or building management

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email.

You can also track your order using the Order Lookup & Tracking page on our website.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • All shipping availability is at Wyld Jace Co’s discretion.

Returns, Store Credit & Final Sale Policy

Returns & Store Credit

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only unless approved otherwise.
  • Store credit is delivered via virtual gift card sent by email or in-store credit.
  • Store credit is issued every Friday.
  • If we are closed that day, it will be issued the next business day.

Restocking & Fees

  • Shipping fees are not included in store credit.
  • Discount codes used on original purchases will not be refunded or added back to store credit.

Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Vintage Deals Collection/ Marked Down SALE items
  • Accessories of any kind
  • Custom orders
  • Gift card purchases
  • Any order placed using store credit (full or partial)

Defective Items & Order Issues

We stand behind our products.

  • Defects or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned within 5 days of claim approval.
  • If the item is in stock, we will replace it.
  • If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
