Collective Program Terms

The Collective is our small circle of creators who wear western the way we do. These terms keep it fair, honest and simple for everyone in it.

The three tiers

Everyone starts as a Wildflower. Tiers are earned by how your posts connect with your audience, never bought.

We review Trailblazers and Ambassadors every season. Tiers can move up or down based on activity and results.

Who can join

• You're 18 or older and live in the United States.
• You have a public Instagram or TikTok account that you post to regularly.
• Your content fits a faith- and family-centered brand.

We read every application, but we keep the Collective small, so we can't accept everyone. Applying doesn't guarantee a spot.

Commissions

• You earn commission on orders placed with your code, based on the product total after discounts. Shipping, taxes and gift cards don't count.
• An order becomes final after our 30-day return window. Returned, refunded or canceled orders don't earn commission.
• We pay monthly, by the 15th, for orders that became final the month before. Balances under $25 carry over to the next month.
• Your own orders placed with your code don't earn commission.
• You're responsible for taxes on what you earn. We may ask for a W-9 for tax reporting.

How you share

Always:

• Say it's gifted or paid, every time, right in the caption (for example, "Gifted by @wyldjaceco" or "#ad"). In videos, say it out loud and show it on screen too.
• Tag @wyldjaceco.
• Share only what you truly think, about pieces you've actually worn.

Never:

• Post your code on coupon or deal sites.
• Bid on "Wyld Jace" or our name in search ads, or run paid ads with our name without our written OK.
• Send your code to strangers in unrequested messages or comments.
• Buy followers, likes or comments.
• Make claims about our products that we don't make, or edit our photos or logo.
• Post content that conflicts with our values, including explicit, crude or dark and occult themes.

Your content

• You own what you create.
• You give us permission to repost it, always credited to you, on our website, emails and organic social for 12 months.
• Using your content in paid ads, like partnership or Spark ads, needs your separate OK first.
• If a post breaks these terms, we may ask you to edit or remove it.

Gifted pieces

• Gifted pieces are yours to keep. If a piece doesn't work for you, just tell us. No post needed for a piece you don't love.
• Please don't resell gifted pieces.

Leaving the Collective

• You or we can end the partnership anytime, by email.
• Commission earned on orders placed before that date is still paid once those orders are final.
• If these terms are broken, or orders are fraudulent, we may end the partnership right away and won't pay commission on those orders.

The fine print

• Being in the Collective doesn't make you an employee or agent of Wyld Jace Co.
• We may update these terms. If a change affects your commission, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect.
