Where is Wyld Jace based?
We are proudly based in Sheridan Wyoming, inspired by the rugged beauty and rich traditions of the American West. But we currently are shipping from Spokane Washington.

Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping as of yet. Stay tuned as we expand our reach!
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order size. You can see the exact shipping fee at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over $150.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup, but we’re working on it!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email as well as in Order Status.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges at this time. the best way to get a exchange is to order the new product and return your current within return period.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We stand by our quality. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right!
