Buying clothes online from a brand you've just found takes a little trust. You can't feel the fabric, you can't try it on, and you've probably been burned before. So here, in plain words, is exactly what happens when you order from Wyld Jace Co, from the moment you pick your size to the day it's on your doorstep, and what we'll do if something isn't right.
Who you're buying from
Wyld Jace Co is a small, independent western clothing brand based in the Inland Northwest, USA, near the Rocky Mountains, run by Ethan and Ashley out of Spokane, Washington. We pick every piece, check every order by hand and pack it ourselves. When you email us, you hear back from one of us, not a call center. Read our story.
Before you order
Every product page lists the exact fiber content, including the few pieces that aren't 100% natural. Our fabric and care guide explains each one.
We shoot in natural light so colors are as true as possible. Screens vary, so if you're unsure about a shade, ask and we'll send extra photos.
Product pages include fit notes, stretch and the model's size. Our Size Guide has full measurements, and our model Ashley is 5′9″ and usually wears a Small.
Between sizes? Email the product name and your question to support@wyldjaceco.com and we'll help you choose before you buy.
After you order
- A one-hour window to change your mind. Need to cancel or fix something? Email us within 1 hour of ordering. After that, your order is already in our packing queue.
- Checked and packed by hand. Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, and every piece is checked before it goes out the door.
- Tracked all the way. You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships. Most orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after shipping, by USPS, UPS or FedEx, insured in transit up to $100.
- Fair shipping. Free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more, and a flat $3.99 under that.

If it isn't right
Return unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit if you prefer. Sale items included.
Refunds go out within 3 business days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We'll send a prepaid label and replace it if it's in stock, or refund you in full if it isn't.
Orders placed November 1 through December 24 can be returned through January 31, so gifts are easy to swap.
Need a different size? The fastest way is to place a new order for the size you want, then return the original for a refund. We make small batches, so this keeps your size from selling out while your return is on its way. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and only gift cards and items clearly marked Final Sale can't be returned. The full details are in our return policy and shipping policy.
Paying, and reviews you can trust
Checkout is secure, and you can pay by card, Shop Pay or PayPal. Choose Shop Pay to split your order into 4 interest-free payments (subject to approval). Every review on our site comes from a verified customer who used the email from their order, so what you read is from someone who actually bought the piece.
