Outlaw Studded Denim Crop Vest

This vest is really nice but the size medium(my normal size) is too big. Customer service could be a bit better. I simply wanted to exchange this vest for a different color and size. You cannot do the return process on your own on their website. You have to email them. So it's an extra step. It's been two days since I sent them an email regarding my return/exchange and I haven't gotten any kind of response.
UPDATE: I did finally get a kind response from customer service.My return/exchange request went into their spam by mistake. I was told to send the vest back to them and emailed them the tracking # that they requested. I did just that and the vest I sent them for a return\exchange was sent back to me. I reached out to them about this and they said I could place a separate order for the one I wanted the exchange for and then when they receive the vest I wanted to return , I'd get a refund at that time.(Shipping cost for this first time costs$12.95). I really didn't want to have to pay that amount a 2nd time. I reached out to the company again and they were very helpful in getting the vest back to them. Finally the package made it back to them and they gave me my refund. NOTE: They looked into why the vest did not make it back to them the first time and they discovered that it was an error with the postal service. This was simply out of the ordinary events that lines up to be a lot to deal with on both my end and theirs. In the end (and throughout this process) customer service truly tried and did their best to help me in any capacity they could.I'm happy it's all resolved. This company seems to have really nice clothing based on the vest I ordered and customer service was with me the whole way doing their best.
